In stock items ship from our Indianapolis warehouse within 24 hours of purchase approval. Store Return Policy:
In-store purchases may be returned in unwashed, unworn, new condition for store credit or exchange within 30 days of purchase. Pitaya does not offer refunds on items purchased in-store. Store credits have no expiration and may be used at any Pitaya location or at Pitaya.com. Sale items are final sale, no returns or exchanges.
Online Return policy:

Refunds are offered for purchases returned within seven days from the date of delivery, sale items excluded. Merchandise must be in the same condition as received and a receipt of purchase must be provided to qualify. Refunds are only available for on-line purchases.
