Shipping policy:

In stock items ship from our Indianapolis store front within 24 hours of purchase approval. Orders received on weekends, holidays, or after 12pm EST on weekdays will be shipped the following business day. We will notify you if there are any expected delays regarding your order. Please allow up to 7 days for your order to arrive.

Returns/Exchanges of items purchased on our website may be subject to additional shipping costs.

Items shipped to AZ, GA, IL, IN, KY, MI, MO, OH, WA and WI are subject to that state’s sales tax.

Shipping rates within the continental United States are as follows:

$0.01-$50.00: $5.00

$50.01 and up: Free

Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico are subject to a flat $15.00 shipping charge. Our apologies, but we cannot ship overseas or to APO/FPO/DPO addresses at this time.

Store Return Policy:

In-store purchases may be returned in unwashed, unworn, new condition for store credit or exchange within 30 days of purchase. Pitaya does not offer refunds on items purchased in-store. Store credits have no expiration and may be used at any Pitaya location or over the phone by calling 317.465.0000. Sale items are final sale, no returns or exchanges.

Online Return policy:

Returns and Exchanges must be authorized before the merchandise is returned. To authorize your return, please contact us at info@Pitaya.com, or by phone at 317-465-0000.

Refunds are offered for purchases returned within seven days from the date of delivery, sale items excluded. Merchandise must be in the same condition as received and a receipt of purchase must be provided to qualify. Refunds are only available for on-line purchases.

Sale items may be exchanged up to seven days from the date of delivery, with a receipt providing proof of purchase. Sale items are not subject to refunds. If no other items interest you at the time of the exchange, a store credit will be issued.

Exchanges will be accepted up to 30 days from the date of delivery, with receipt providing proof of purchase. Sale items are excluded. If no other items interest you at the time of the exchange, a store credit will be issued.

Shipping charges are not subject to refunds. Store credits have no expiration and valid for use on-line or for an in-store purchase.

Children Under 13:

Pitaya.com is for users 13 years of age and older. Children under the age of 13 are not permitted to submit personal information on Pitaya.com.
